resilience:
“an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.”
- The Merriam-Webster Dictionary
For decades, R360 has improved the lives of thousands of people. Our veteran-founded, non-profit company serves both individuals and the public interest with R360 curriculum consisting of classroom courses, group coaching and one-on-one coaching.
We train people to be resilient. We do it with a unique blend of U.S. Navy SEAL success principles plus Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology tenets. And, we do it with great results.
At present, we offer R360 instruction and coaching to the two most critical parts (and opposite ends) of the Criminal Justice system: law enforcement officers/first responders, and inmates in jail. Future instruction targets both horizontal and vertical expansion.
