2000’s
February 1991:
Ed Naggiar begins the U.S. Navy pipeline at BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) Class 176 to become a Navy SEAL.
August 1991:
Naggiar graduates from BUD/S Class 176 as a U.S. Navy SEAL at the officer rank of Ensign.
March 2007:
Naggiar first conceives Mission-Based Resilience (MBR) into thought as a blend of SEAL success principles and Psychology.
2010’s
April 2011:
Naggiar receives his PhD in Psychology.
June 2011:
Dr. Naggiar retires from the U.S. Navy SEALs as a Lieutenant Commander after 20 years of service.
January 2012:
The very first Mission-Based Resilience class is taught to the Florida Department of Corrections.
March 2012:
Mission-Based Resilience is renewed by the Florida Department of Corrections for follow-on classes.
June 2014:
The tenth class of Mission-Based Resilience is taught to the Florida Department of Corrections
July 2017:
The first Resilience Inmate Program (Class 001) is taught after Bay County Florida Sheriff Tommy Ford requests Mission-Based Resilience to be brought to inmates incarcerated at Bay County Jail.
November 2017:
Then-candidate for U.S. Congress Dr. Neal Dunn tells Dr. Naggiar: "You are going to solve the recidivism problem in this country".
December 2018
The 250th person graduates from a Mission-Based Resilience class.
2020’s
June 2022
The 500th person graduates from a Mission-Based Resilience class.
March 2023:
RIPPLS aftercare one-on-one coaching launches.
June 2023:
United States Congress officials agree to pursue Federal Appropriations funding for R360.
July 2023:
R360 receives its first unsolicited funding from a private philanthropy.
October 2023:
State legislators agree to pursue State of Florida appropriations funding for R360.
